Redraws the transcript row of every skill Claude loads: a SKILL badge, the skill's name in
bold and its arguments, plus whether the load is still running, failed or was interrupted.
It touches display only: the call itself, its result and what the model reads stay as they
were. A skill the person runs as a slash command draws another row, which this mod leaves alone.
